Qualifications

• Blockchain Technology:
  
  • Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals and decentralized technologies.
    
  • Proficiency in blockchain platforms like Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric, or Corda.
    
  • Knowledge of blockchain consensus mechanisms, smart contracts, and distributed ledger technology.
    
• Smart Contracts Development:
  
  • Experience in developing smart contracts using languages like Solidity (for Ethereum), Chaincode (for Hyperledger Fabric), or Cadence (for Flow).
    
  • Understanding of smart contract deployment, testing, and security best practices.
    
  • Familiarity with tools like Truffle, Remix, or Ganache for smart contract development and testing.
    
• Token Standards and Protocols:
  
  • Familiarity with token standards like ERC-20, ERC-721, or ERC-1155 (for Ethereum) or similar standards for other blockchain platforms.
    
  • Understanding of token economics, token issuance, and token standards compliance.
    
• Web3 Development:
  
  • Proficiency in Web3.js (for Ethereum) or similar libraries for interacting with blockchain networks.
    
  • Experience in building decentralized applications (dApps) that interface with blockchain platforms.
